The final verdict on this gem!

A delightful stay that provided excellent location convenience near shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The charming decor added character, and the breakfast was a pleasant experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Keep in mind that rooms may feel a bit cozy for larger groups, and some bathrooms are notably small, but the experience outweighs those quirks!

The location is just great, only a 5-minute walk from the water bus. It's also super close to all major attractions! The decor gives a charming old-world feel that you can’t help but love.

friendly staff

locanda canal has a great location, just a short stroll to all the main attractions. the staff was incredibly friendly—paolo gave us fantastic tips for coming from the airport which made arriving easy. our room was small but comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our family with children, just a short walk to main attractions like St Mark's and the Grand Canal. We enjoyed exploring the nearby cafes and taking family trips from the Fondamente Nuove to the islands. Plus, the breakfast spread provided plenty of choices for everyone.

My kids wished for more family-friendly amenities, like a play area.
