The final verdict on this gem!
A good stay that provided excellent location convenience near shops, restaurants, and major attractions. The charming decor added character, and the breakfast was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly. Keep in mind that rooms may feel a bit cozy for larger groups, and some bathrooms are notably small, but the experience outweighs those quirks!

Excellent location: 5 minutes walk to San Marco, 7-8 minutes to Rialto Bridge. No noise from the street. The nearest vaporetto stop is about 10 minutes, including traffic from crowds of tourists. The rooms are small (Venice) but cozy and decorated in a classic style. The windows are on a very picturesque canal. Breakfast is modest, but for Italy, and even more so for Venice: croissants, sliced sausages, sliced cheese, bread, boiled eggs, muffin, muesli. On a parity the price/quality - very good option for Venice.
The sheets weren't very clean. There wasn't much room for things. The wi-fi is normal, but you had to reconnect periodically. They blocked the cost of one night on the card a week before arrival, unlocked after departure.

Hotel in the heart of the city, within walking distance of Piazza San Marco and vaporetto stop. finding it for the first time without a navigator is difficult, so it is better to print the map in advance. It's a great opportunity to live in an old house and feel the atmosphere of the city. room is decorated in a classic style, walls are covered with cloth... windows overlook the neighbouring house and narrow street (104). curved staircase leads to the rooms, it was difficult to find suitcases... Breakfast includes cereals, two kinds of bread, croissants, one kind of cheese and something meat, hot boiled eggs, one kind of canned fruit, yogurts with different fillers, cookies, muffin, butter, jams, water, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate... Separate beds are still standing next to each other, one headboard.
Lots of mosquitoes in the room, including their remains on the walls. very small shower cubicle even for slim people. Bathroom ventilation is not working, it is very hot when the heating is running. There are a couple more steps to room 104... room is cleaned on arrival, during the stay only garbage was thrown out and beds were made.

The breakfast had a nice selection with fresh boiled eggs and good coffee, while the room was snug and cozy. I'd definitely choose this spot again for its charm.

Location - behind the turn is the Bridge of Sighs. Five minutes and you are in San Marco. Anturajno. There was no mildew or her scent. A narrow alley under the windows, antique furniture, a mirror in the patina. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. 24-hour access to the hotel - you can walk late and meet the sunrises. There is a kettle in the lobby and in the evening you can drink tea and coffee.
The ramp to the bathroom got in the way, they tripped over it a few times. The folding chair in the shower cubicle looked dirty. There's a lot of mosquitoes in the room. The dishes at breakfast and cups for evening tea were sometimes dirty and chipped. Breakfast was not very varied, croissants were terrible! The Internet constantly required a new password input. The price for a room like this is high, but given that it's Venice, it probably corresponds.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in June 2019. The location is perfect! At the crossroads of several canals in the heart, but away from the main tourist routes. The place for the center is very quiet - someone who was in Venice will understand. Piazza San Marco is within walking distance (5 minutes in a quiet step), it takes 10 minutes to get to the vaporetto pier. In general, it's a great option for exploring the city! Separate thanks to the hotel administration: everything was going well. We allowed you to stay longer with the departure of the room, printed out boarding passes for the return flight. For Venice, the hotel is optimal. The room is small, but absolutely authentic with antique furniture, fabric upholstery. Breakfast is standard for crack: eggs, slices, muesli, pastries. But natural brewed coffee. For a morning snack more and it is not necessary. Around a huge number of restaurants, trattorias and coffee shops for every taste and wallet. In three minutes walk a large supermarket where wine costs 4-5 euros (not 10-15, as in tourist shops). In the square near the church there is a market with local fruit in the morning. We are happy to stay in this hotel again!

1) The most center for sane money. 2) Responsive staff. 3) There are accommodations for people with disabilities. 4) Quiet enough
1) Small room area... 2) The electricity only works when the key card is present, so the refrigerator does not work when the key card is not plugged in - cold champagne will not wait for you from the walk. But if you are as cocky as I am, you may ask to put your food in the owner's fridge and you may be allowed to do so. P.S. But let's be honest - you're unlikely to find anything more comfortable for 100€ at the peak of the season in one of the most expensive tourist destinations in the world.

Good location, ok breakfast (no fresh fruits, but otherwise good). We got the room with special last minute price, which meant the price-quality was ok.

Good location and friendly personnel. Free internet. Clean rooms. Quiet. Nice breakfast.
Small rooms. View wasn't that great (wall of the opposite building). With small children it was a bit difficult because there wasn't any lift.

The location is perfect - in the center of the city, our room was large enough and we had everything we need in it.
Breakfast was too poor, coffee was really undrinkable. There was a view from the window on the wall of the next house.
